Call for Submissions: ICORN Webzine

The International Cities of Refuge Network – a not for profit organization with ties to the PEN CENTER
has launched a new quarterly webzine.  ICORN’s work focuses on the importance of freedom of expression.

Submit essays on the subjects of

1. nationalism, identity, “the exile experience”, patriotism and/or citizenship
2. cross-cultural literatures, translation, critical analysis of fiction and poetry with
   an eye on history or current events

Submissions of poetry, short stories, short creative non-fiction, or short scripts are welcome for the
Babel Voice section; and interviews and dialogues for the In Dialogue section. Of special interest — work
in two languages and SOUND FILES of oral presentations.
